Breast Revision Photos - Ref. #1731

Description: This patient had saline breast implants in a subglandular position with excessively thin tissues. This patient underwent a breast revision, capsulectomy with a pocket exchange to dual-plane, portal retropectoral pocket with Strattice acellular dermal matrix graftsling and silicone implants with a bilateral mastopexy. This particular patient expressed a desire for large breasts.
