Description: This patient had breast asymmetry and ptosis pre-operatively. She underwent a breast augmentation with a dual plane partial retropectoral technique. Dr. Sanjay Grover plastic surgeon of Orange County Newport Beach California used high profile silicone breast implants. The patient also underwent a circumareolar donut mastopexy.
