Nina S. Grover, Esq.

Plastic Surgery and Med Spa Practice Director

Nina is our PRACTICE DIRECTOR and has been involved in the plastic surgery and aesthetic enhancement business for almost fifteen years. She helps ensure the most optimal patient and practice care standards by handling “behind-the-scenes” management, business and legal matters. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics from UCLA and earned her Juris Doctor Degree from the UCLA School of Law. After practicing commercial finance law at prestigious law firms and in-house for several years, Nina decided that the cutting-edge nature of the cosmetic surgery industry excited her and she joined Dr. Grover’s practice. Nina loves watching patients successfully undergo their aesthetic transformation from consultation to treatment completion and is proud when our patients emerge feeling more confident. Outside of the office, Nina is dedicated to her husband and three children and loves to travel, exercise, cook and read.

Kelly M. Hart RN BSN

Director of Surgical Nursing

Kelly is our highly-skilled DIRECTOR OF SURGICAL NURSING and recently joined the team at Grover Surgical Arts with almost 20 years of prior nursing experience. On the day of surgery, Kelly takes excellent care of our patients from their pre-operative preparation through their post-operative release from the center. She works diligently in the operating room alongside Dr. Grover and also behind the scenes to create an optimal surgical experience for patients. Kelly believes in hard work, having a positive upbeat attitude and treating patients like family. She has a passion for aesthetic and reconstructive nursing and is also trained in administering cosmetic injectable medicine, laser procedures and skincare treatments such as chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Well-educated, Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at California State University Long Beach and also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, with a Clinical Specialty in Sports Psychology, from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her children, exercising, being outdoors and learning more about aesthetics.

Alfredo M. Salazar

Surgical Technologist

Alfredo is our organized SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST and comes to Grover Surgical Arts with almost ten years of experience in assisting with plastic, orthopedic, podiatric and spine surgery. Alfredo ensures that our operating room and surgical equipment are fully-prepared, sterile and in working order prior to surgery and while in the operating room he directly assists Dr. Grover with patient positioning, passing instruments and circulating. A former officer with the United States Marine Corps, Alfredo is meticulous in his work and has earned numerous medals and commendations. He obtained his Associate degree in Surgical Technology from American Career College. In his free time, Alfredo enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, mountain biking, riding off-road motorcycles and creating art.
