This 48-year-old patient of ours is thrilled with her newly lifted and fuller-appearing breasts one month following her breast lift with auto-augmentation and internal bra scaffold. She does not have an implant. Rather, Dr. Grover utilized the tissue that would normally be discarded and transferred it higher on the chest while keeping it attached to its own blood supply, allowing it to function like a small implant.
