This 40-year-old female underwent bilateral breast revision surgery for her right capsule contracture and ruptured silicone implant. Patient underwent right breast capsulectomy removal of right ruptured silicone implant and replacement of bilateral breast implants in a new subpectoral pocket with the addition of strattice acellular dermal matrix grafts and bilateral mastopexy.
