This patient previously underwent a bilateral saline augmentation with a different surgeon and suffered a deflation of both saline implants with a droopy breast appearance. This patient underwent a bilateral breast revision, removal of deflated saline implants, a bilateral capsulectomy, bilateral breast implant exchange with 286cc silicone implants, and a bilateral mastopexy with Orange County Plastic Surgeon Sanjay Grover MD, FACS.
