This 57 year old female underwent bilateral breast revision, capsulectomy, and implant/pocket exchange from the sub-glandular to the sub-pectoral plane. This was performed along with strattice acellular dermal matrix graft placement to reduce the chance for recurrent capsular contractures. She also underwent bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) and an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). Her breasts have remained soft for 4 years post-operatively thus far.
