This 50 year old female patient with bilateral severe capsular contractures following breast augmentation with textured silicone gel implants underwent bilateral "en-bloc" capsulectomies, implant exchange with smooth, round, cohesive gel silicone implants and placement of Strattice acellular dermal matrix grafts to reduce the chance for recurrent capsular contractures. She also underwent bilateral mastopexy or breast lift.
