This patient developed capsular contracture after having a breast augmentation elsewhere. She underwent a breast revision consisting of a right capsulectomy, breast implant exchange with round, smooth cohesive silicone gel implants, bilateral circumareolar mastopexy, and placement of bilateral acellular dermal matrix grafts (Strattice) to reduce the chance of another capsular contracture. She is now 2 years post-op and her breasts have stayed soft.
